AWARE
Australian Women and Real Estate (AWARE)
Due to the overwhelming demand from women wanting to buy investment properties Australia wide and not
being able to find an agent to help them. The Australian Executive Women's Network were approached by
many of its members to assist them. This is why AWARE was established in November 2000.
AWARE aims to:
• Assist women working in real estate to open their own AWARE franchise
• Support and Mentor women who are training to work in real estate
• Educate women to buy profitable investment properties
• Teach women to re-develop land and prosper
• Match women with experienced Mentors in all facets of the real estate industry
• Bring women together at regular Networking Meetings
• Distribute 'hot tips' in the property market to AWARE members
• Create syndicates for Property Investors
• Develop an active database of prospective Buyers and Sellers
• Co-ordinate positive interaction between all women working inside and outside the real estate industry - for the
good of the community at large
• Support all women working in the real estate industry
• Assist all property sellers and buyers with Conveyancing Services
• Develop ongoing services to support Private Sellers
